Our work tends to be with businesses where the same decisions get repeated daily: clinics handling appointments, property agents qualifying leads, renovation firms quoting jobs, accountants chasing receipts. No, we don't use templates. The AI model is off-the-shelf; the part that knows your specific business is written from scratch each time.

We price each project as a fixed fee after the discovery sessions. You'll see what's being built, when each part lands, and what it costs, before you commit. No hourly billing.

=04 Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. That's most of what we do. CRMs, WhatsApp, ERPs, accounting tools, internal databases. We integrate around what you already run.

=05 How long does a typical project take?

Discovery to production in 4–8 weeks for most builds. Simple automations are faster. Multi-agent systems with deep integrations may take longer. You'll have a clear timeline after discovery.

You get the source code, the runbooks, and a half-day training. After that the system is yours. We offer monthly retainers if you want us to keep tweaking it. Same shape as a freelance contract, no lock-in.
